The warm-up has to be a simple practice tos activate our body and muscles for later work.
It is important to maintain fluidity in the exercises and harmony.
Do not apply too much force or energy in the execution of the exercises, because we do not want to exhaust the muscle, but rather activate it and prepare it for work.
A short and fluid sequence is the best ally to prepare for training.
No exercise should cause pain. If so, stop immediately and consult your personal trainer or physiotherapist.
