Pre-surfing shake

    Tips

    • Do not eat anything half an hour before going surfing ; or you will stimulate insulin production by suffering a drop in sugar in the middle of your surfing session, compromising your muscular performance.
    • Hydrate yourself half an hour before entering the water with a mixture of: 500ml of water + ½ squeezed lemon + ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan salt. This will provide you with water and mineral salts
    • If your surf session is too early and you cannot respect the hour and a half of digestion, better not eat anything and do a good glycogen recharge in your dinner the day before (include a garnish with carbohydrates such as: vegetables, quinoa,whole rice /pasta), although don't forget to HYDRATE yourself..
